Received this through the post this morning! Surprised as forgot what i ordered as was weeks ago :-)

Christmas in July

Let it Snow

Hi there, Just finished this card and its another Christmas card in July :-) I used Tilda and Little Rudolf and coloured with Copics and die-cut it out with a gorgeous Holly topper die from my stash.

I layered the card with Craft and You North Pole 6"x6" papers and layered them out into a 'snowflake' shape then added my Tilda topper on top of lovely silver lace and cheesecloth around the edges.

Most of the die-cuts are from Doohickeys Vintage Box 4, I just love the Poinsettias which I used 2 together and a bundle of red stamens. I also used some Scrapiniec sprigs, glass beaded berries here and there.

Addicted to Stamps Guest Designer

Little Mermaid Shadow Box

Good morning all,

Today's post is my Guest Designer project for addicted-to-stamps blogspot. I used a 6"x 6" Scrapiniec chipboard shadow box and My Besties Little Mermaid Girl which I coloured with copics and TH distress markers and cut out by hand.

I started the background with a piece of lightly scrunched up white tissue paper on a 6"x6" cardstock then sprayed with green and blue Linda's Stamp Gang sprays

And I used TH distress black soot and applied with some water on the centre of the cardstock to create back shadow

I glued a piece of fishing net cut to size and added the Little Mermaid on top. A shell with a pearl bead in the centre.

I applied some texture paste here and there then poured some green and blue prills to create texture. I added some sea washed metal trinkets from Noor! Designs, sea weeds diecuts from Marianne Designs, Joy Crafts and mulberry flowers

For You With Love

Good morning,

Today's post is an easel card I made using Student Tilda with Roses which I coloured with Copics.

I die cut the topper out with a Doohickey die. The papers used are from Noor! bloc papers in Lilacs/purples

I used dies from Spellbinders, Marianne Designs, Joy Crafts, Gummiapan and Doohickeys

I added a handmade paperclip heart and a dash of silver glitter white paint, a sprig of purple stamens and leaf die cuts from Doohickeys

Found a sprig glass embellishment from my stash along with some flowers and die cut from Gummiapan

Noor!Design UK DT Call

Noor!Design UK DT Call Application

Hi, I am Ivy and soon to be 55 (scary). I started watching a crafting TV channel in 2014 and have been hooked ever since, not the channel but the crafting lol I now have a craftroom filled with 'goodies' and a fantastic craft cabin designed by me built by my partner where I spend most of my evenings.

I love shabby and vintage styles with lots of flowers but I like having a go at mixed media too. Until 2 months ago a friend told me about Magnolia stamps.... unbeknown to me that was the start of a whole new journey to me ... colouring!! I did not think I had the patient nor the talent.... but I give everything a go .... now here I am on my journey of a hobby of colouring and blogging (oh, this is new to me too until last month lol) so I am a newbie but we all have to start somewhere....

Since I started my blog last month - https://shabbycraftycabin.blogspot.co.uk I started doing some challenges and for a beginner or maybe a beginner's luck I have won Top 3s and a winner which I will be making a Guest Designer Team project to showcase on the 23rd of this month, I waover the moon!!

I am also on Facebook.

Noor!Design Uk has always been one of my favourite websites I love all the quality beautiful products and not to say amazing inspirations by all the Design Team members. And I dreamed of joining the dream team ever since I came across this blog :-) I know there will be many talented applicants, it would be a dream come true if I got picked.

Pion Design - Images from the Past

Hi everyone,

I just made this card for my partner's birthday next week. I used papers from Pion Design - Images from the Past.

I die-cut the base with Tattered Lace Torn Edge Hexagon die and matted it with Pion Design paper. I cut out several more die-cuts with Gummiapan Old Letter Dies . The topper was die cut out with a Doohickey die.

I used a jute ribbon and assembled the die-cuts around the topper. I added a couple of chipboard stickers from Kaisercraft and Wycinanka chipboards.

I stamped and embossed Happy Birthday by Caravelle Studio and cut it out by hand and layered it on some chipboard. I also added a metal embellishment.

Amazingly I managed not to use a single flower on a card!!! lol

Bound by Love

Hi again ...

My second post today is My Besties A Little Magic coloured by TH Distress markers.

I die-cut the base card with a Spellbinders grand nestabilities die and I matted it with a gorgeous mulberry paper by Prima Marketing (unfortunately nearly covered up)

I die-cut the image out with a LDRS die and matted it with paper from LemonCraft Daydream. I die-cut 2 more to layer on the top.

Winter Wishes

Good morning...

Today I'm posting my first Christmas card of the year ....I know it's July lol but time flies....! Last than 6 months to go :-)

I coloured My Besties Reindeer of Joy with TH distress markers and die cut it out with a doohickeys die.

I used Spellbinders Grand Oval Scallop dies to cut out the base card and matted it with papers from Noor!Design

I used JoysCraft snowflake wreath die and embossed the wooden words.

I used cheese clothes, lace, poinsettia flowers to embellish and Doohickeys christmas trees dies.

I used Precious Marieke snowflake border

Summer is here and it's time to enjoy the outdoors....:-) Today I'm posting an altered cream book box from Graphic 45 with Insta Tilda and a cute little birdie which I coloured with Copics.
