Hi all,
Today's card is a shaker card and its a first with an image :-) I used Tattered Lace Woodside Bloom Heart die to cut the base and the topper. I used Trimcraft Mulberry Kisses collection for the matting and layering.

I cut out an acetate and put some green sequins and glass beads before sticking it down and finished off with a string of pink pearl around the acetate.

I die-cut the easel stopper with the same Tattered Lace Woodside Bloom Heart Die set. Lovely lace with ribbon roses and a Doohickey Bow

More close-ups

I made the flowers with light pink cotton ribbon, light pink dried roots ( my latest fav product) die-cuts from Doohickey dies, Rosy Owl Elegant Leaf Dies and Marianne Design Rose die and a metal butterfly from my stash.

Butterflies

Life doesn't have to be Perfect to be Wonderful

Hi!
I made this canvas with a mixed media background that I put aside for a while not knowing what to do with it after I did the background. Then I came across it last week and I finished it with this creation.

I used a mixed media stencil and applied sand texture paste. After heat drying I used Prima WaterColour to create the background colour. Then I stamped a honeycomb stamp around it.

On a piece of white cardstock I used the same Prima Watercolours as the background and stamped the butterfly images  from Stampendous and matching dies to cut them out. And stamped the sentiment and hand-cut matted on black cardstock

I used wired stamens in my stash to create the antennae and added some glitter glue on the wings. Flower from Prima Marketing with some plastic ferns and clay embellishment.

Thank you for visiting :-)

For you

Good morning!

My make today with Tilda with Big Poppy. I coloured her with Copics and die-cut it out with a LDRS die

I was rather pleased with the flowers I made and not using any bought flowers :-) I cut them out of a Sizzix Bigz die with Anna Marie Designs distress dots card stock which I painted with a coat of acrylic paint using a brayer I love the effect :-)

I used Marianne Design Butterfly Corner and Doohickey Tag dies. More close-ups

I made the paperclay heart and added a cut-out heart-shape sentiment under it

I hope you like it :-)

Hey Dude

You're Awsome

Hello ....
Today I am posting a man's card and it did not turn out that bad.... no flowers ... well except for one metal one :-)

I die-cut a star shape card base and matted it with the gorgeous papers from Maja Design Denim and Friends Collection and some sissal.  And added a dark brown jute ribbon

I then die-cut an image from the Denim and Friends collection and matted it on the jute ribbon

A few more die cuts and hand-cut sentiments all from the Denim and Friends Collection and finally I tied a messy jute string bow and  a metal flower without it looking feminine

A splash of white paint here and there to finish off.
